The Graco Modes Duo stroller is one of the many strollers in the Graco product line. This stroller offers two seats suitable for two children, including two babies. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Duo Graco Modes stroller.
The stroller has many excellent features, including 27 different seating positions. It is also compatible with Graco’s SnugRide Click Connect car seat system. However, thanks to the wide variety of two strollers on the market, there are also other possibilities than the Graco Modes duo-buggy.
The main limitations of the Modes Duo strollers are the high noise generated by the wheels and the small size of the seats. Although the chairs are designed for weights up to 50 lbs, they quickly become comfortable for larger babies. What’s more, the noise the wheels make when they push is destructive and unpleasant. Let’s take a closer look at the BOB 2016 Revolution Pro Duallie Stroller for the reasons I will explain below.
Graco Modes Duo Stroller
Although I do not prefer the Graco Modes Duo stroller, I would like to offer you its features and possibilities. The Graco line is reliable and offers many wheelchair options. They also offer additional options for double prams.
Graco Ready2grow Click Connect is very similar to Graco DuoGlider Click Connect. It is heavier than the DuoGlider, but still lighter than the DuoMode. In general, I do not recommend the use of Graco double buggies.

- The chairs have a weight limit of 50 pounds, but the chairs are on the smallest side. With large and tall babies, this stroller can quickly get cramps.
- The stroller is bulky. Even if it fits in the trunk of a large car, you may have problems installing this product in your car.

BOB 2016 Revolution Pro Duallie Stroller
The BOB 2016 Revolution Pro Duallie Stroller is my best choice for double strollers. I used an earlier model of this stroller with my children. It was perfect for our family. We used a double BOB stroller as our main stroller.
From visiting the zoo to running, jogging and travelling, this stroller met all our needs. The description says the weight is limited to 50 pounds, but I kept this stroller when I was a kid. One day, when my two children were sick at home for a few days, I put the then seven and five year olds in a BOB pram and took a long walk to get us out of the house.

Chicco Cortina double loop set
The Chicco Cortina Together double stroller is the ideal choice if you’re looking for a tandem stroller or a more traditional travel system. We had a Chicco travel system in the same stroller as our first child. It took years and was more beautiful and fun to live in than other popular tourist systems.
One of the complaints about reactions is the weight of the product, but at 40 pounds it’s still lighter than a Graco Modes duo stroller. If you’re looking for products similar to the Graco model in performance, ease of use, price and weight, the Chicco Cortina Together double stroller is an excellent option.

The Chicco brand offers quality products at an affordable price. The modern look of this product, as well as its many functions, make it the recommended choice for a double-tooth stroller. Moreover, this double stroller is in a lower price range than other double strollers.
Why would parents invest in a double pushchair?
Whether you are expecting twins or a second child, a double pushchair can be a good choice to protect your children on the road. For twins, a double pushchair is a sensible investment. You must choose the option of attaching two child seats to the pushchair at the same time.
With the Graco Modes Duo stroller you can connect two car seats with the Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seats button. This is one of the positive properties of this product. Car seats allow you to take your child from the car to the pushchair while sitting comfortably in the seat.
For families expecting a newborn, the age of the eldest child should be taken into account when choosing a double pushchair. You will notice that the Modes Duo stroller is not suitable if your child weighs about 50 pounds.
Your child may also be too big to sit comfortably in this pram. A side-by-side stroller option may be more effective. Whatever type of double stroller you choose, I’ve found it invaluable to have a double stroller after the birth of my second baby.
What is the best type of double pushchair?

The side-by-side stroller allows babies or young children to sit next to each other. This option is wider, and you may have trouble with small spaces. However, both children have the same legroom and it may be easier for you to deal with your children.
Tandem walker
In a tandem stroller, a child in the back and a child in the front. The Graco Modes Duo stroller is a tandem stroller. This option works well for babies and young children, but may seem too cramped for two babies.
Seat and support trolleys
A pram to sit and stand in, as the name suggests. One child can sit in the seat and the other can get up or sit on a small ledge in the back. It’s a good option for a baby and an older baby. It also works well if your older child wants to jump in and out of a pram.
Umbrella stroller
A double pushchair with an umbrella is usually a light pushchair placed next to each other. This stroller usually also has a lower weight limit. The other negative aspect is that this type of stroller is generally less comfortable. However, it is an excellent option to travel.
Double Sport Stroller
The sporty double stroller can usually be found nearby. Usually they offer off-road wheels that allow the wheelchair to move comfortably on gravel, off-road or while walking. Although these strollers are bulky, they can also be used universally. It’s the only type of double stroller I used when I had two kids.
Final recommendations
A double pushchair is needed if you are expecting twins or if you want to have a second child in your family. There are several things to consider when buying a double stroller:

Based on this criterion I do not recommend the Graco Modes duo stroller. Although this Graco model is affordable compared to other models, the response is not as favourable as many other options. Also, in my experience, a double hitch is a better option than a double hitch.
My best experience with prams is with the BOB brand. The BOB stroller allows you to combine the advantages of a traditional mobility system with the mobility of an off-road vehicle. I strongly advise you to consider a BOB Duallie Stroller such as the BOB 2016 Revolution Pro Duallie Stroller.
If you decide to wear a tandem, I recommend the Chicco brand. Chicco travels perfectly, offers plenty of storage space and is practical for your children.
Forget the Graco Modes duo stroller and look instead at the BOB 2016 Revolution Pro Duallie Stroller or the Chicco Cortina Together double stroller.
